By downloading, installing, or using Gilt ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Gilt on any Mac computers you personally own or control. This is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Gilt, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Novor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Gilt stores all clipboard data locally on your Mac. We do not access, collect, or transmit your clipboard contents. You are solely responsible for the data stored within the application. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Gilt offers a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at contact@novor.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
We may release updates to improve the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and may modify features or functionality. Major version upgrades may be offered as separate purchases.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software. Sections 4, 6, and 7 survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
