By downloading or using Jack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Jack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on macOS devices you own or control.
Jack offers a 24-hour free trial with full feature access. After the trial period, a license purchase is required for continued use.
Lifetime licenses are sold through Polar. All sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us if you have issues.
Jack stores all clipboard data locally on your Mac. We do not access, collect, or transmit your clipboard contents. You are solely responsible for the data stored within the application. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Jack and all associated branding, design, and code are the property of Giltstack. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the software.
You may not: sublicense, sell, or redistribute Jack; use Jack for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent any license restrictions.
Jack may provide automatic updates. These updates may modify or add features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Jack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giltstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Jack.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
